FAQ's

Do you design and produce drawings as a part of your service?	Aztec generally don’t do any design, drafting or Council approval work. We work with Designers and Architects who provide the drawings ready for us to price and build.
Do you give free quotes?	Please send us your query via the email provided and we will respond. If there is an opportunity for us to become involved with your project, we will be happy to chat with you about providing a quote.
Do you employ your own trades?	Aztec have a core team of 5 guys ably lead by Richard and Steven. They are able to run 2 or 3 jobs concurrently. They also have a list of preferred and trusted trades to complete the earthworks and footings, plumbing, electrical, and other specialist suppliers and installers. By keeping the team small and local, Aztec can easily keep control of the process and quality.
How long does a build take?	This depends on the size of the project. A standard sized house will take around 10 months to complete.
